Ydych chi'n arweinydd yn y trydydd sector neu'r sector gwirfoddol sy'n gweithio ym maes gofal cymdeithasol? Helpwch i lunio ein rhaglen arweinyddiaeth gyfunol a thosturiol

Rydym yn datblygu rhaglen newydd ar gyfer uwch arweinwyr ym maes gofal cymdeithasol, i helpu i adeiladu arweinyddiaeth gyfunol a thosturiol yn y sector. Mae'r rhaglen hon wedi'i thargedu at:

Pennaeth gwasanaethau cymdeithasol mewn awdurdodau lleol
Rôl uwch yn y sector gwirfoddol a'r trydydd sector, fel rheolwyr gweithredol rhanbarthol neu ddirprwy gyfarwyddwyr.

Mae’r rhaglen wedi’i hanelu at y rheini sydd â chymysgedd o gyfrifoldebau strategol, megis gweithredu polisi, strategaethau a deddfwriaeth, a chyfrifoldeb gweithredol am arwain nifer o dimau neu wasanaethau gwahanol ym maes gofal cymdeithasol.

Ar gyfer y trydydd sector a'r sector gwirfoddol, gallai hyn fod yn rheolwr gweithredol rhanbarthol, yn gyfarwyddwr neu'n brif weithredwr neu'n ddirprwy. Cyn belled â'ch bod yn gyfrifol am weithio gydag awdurdodau lleol i ddarparu gwasanaeth gofal cymdeithasol, gan gynnwys gwasanaethau ataliol, mae'r rhaglen wedi'i hanelu atoch chi.

Pwrpas y rhaglen yw:

Rhoi cyfleoedd i uwch arweinwyr gydweithio ar draws ffiniau
Cefnogi arweinwyr i ddeall a datblygu eu harddulliau arwain

Bydd y rhaglen heb ei hachredu ac yn canolbwyntio ar ddysgu gan gymheiriaid a dysgu gweithredol, gan ddarparu cyfleoedd i gydweithio ar faterion gwir a chyfredol. Bydd y rhaglen yn cychwyn yn gynnar yn 2023.

Byddem yn croesawu barn unrhyw un a allai fod yn gymwys ar gyfer y rhaglen, neu sy'n rheoli pobl sydd ar yr hyn a fyddai'n gweithio orau i'n cynulleidfa darged.

Are you a leader in the third or voluntary sector working in social care? Help shape our collective and compassionate leadership programme

We are developing a new programme for senior leaders in social care, to help build collective and compassionate leadership in the sector. This programme is targeted at

Head of social services in local authorities
Senior role in the voluntary and third sector, such as regional operational managers or deputy directors.

The programme is aimed at those with a mix of strategic responsibilities, such as implementing policy, strategies and legislation, and operational responsibility for leading a number of different teams or services in social care.

For the third and voluntary sector, this could be a regional operational manager, a director or chief executive or their deputy. As long as you are responsible for working with local authorities to deliver a social care service, including preventative services, the programme is aimed at you.

The purpose of the programme is to:

Provide senior leaders with opportunities to work together across boundaries
Support leaders to understand and develop their leadership styles

The programme will be non-accredited and centred on peer and action learning, providing opportunities to work together on real and current issues. The programme will start in early 2023.

We would welcome the views of anyone who may be eligible for the programme, or managing people who are on what would work best for our target audience.
